Due diligence, we cover all ins and outs of the property with rigorous underwriting.
Financing, we ALWAYS invest our own capital in the deal alongside our partners.
Execute Business plan by creating value through improved management and capital improvements.
Exit or refinance, return capital to our partners. The holding period is usually between 3-5 years.
